SHIPPING

We aim for all orders to be sent out within 10-12 business days of approval of final mock up. All orders are dispatched by courier and are trackable. We send an email out to all customers with tracking details once order is sent.

Freight is charged at cost (unless otherwise stated) and will be provided as part of the quote.

RETURNS
We do not accept returns of goods that have been branded. If there is any fault with branded goods (either the garment or branding) this should be brought to our attention immediately. Branded garments cannot be returned simply because the wrong size or garment was chosen.

A copy of the original invoice should be included for prompt processing.
