Screen Printing

Perfect for:

• Large volumes of printing.

• Designs that have less than 6 colours.

• Great for large printed areas.

• Great for all clothing apart from garments that are waterproof.

• Direct Screen Printing has a minimum of 10 garments.

Set up:

Meshed screens are set up and used with your graphics to print direct onto the garments. Each Colour of your design is printed separately using individual screens therefore resulting in a single or multicoloured print. Our maximum print area is 350mm Wide x 380mm High/ Deep. Most Dark Coloured garments being printed with lighter colours will need to have a white base to allow the colour to stand out, this white base is usually choked behind the image so that it is not visible on the garment. Some light Garments with darker colours also need a white base however, this is not always the case.

There is a set up cost per colour and design.
We require vector artwork for all printing jobs. This is a file ending .eps, .ai, pdf. We also need to define the colours so please let us know the pantone colours or ask your designer if you are unsure. You will receive a visual for approval.

Pricing:

Price is dependent on the quantity of garments being printed and number of colours used. The bigger the volume the cheaper the cost per garment is.
