Interpretation
A “business day” means any day other than Saturday, Sunday or Public holiday.
Goods mean the goods that we supply to you of the number and description as set out in the order.
Access
Access to this website is permitted on a temporary basis, and we reserve the right to withdraw or amend the services without notice. We will not be liable if for any reason this website is unavailable at any time or for any period. From time to time, we may restrict access to some parts or this entire website.

General Conditions of Sale
All orders placed will require full payment up front before any work takes place and before any goods are dispatched from our premises.
All goods are printed and embroidered using industry accepted processes. However, we shall not be held liable for natural wear and tear. We will match PMS colours as accurately as our inks and threads allow. Half tones and detailed graphics may reproduce less than perfectly on some products and we will take no responsibility for such imperfections other than where we have made recommendations to the customer.
We make every effort to deliver by the deadline, but we cannot accept liability for any loss sustained through late delivery from any cause whatsoever including negligence.
An order may not be cancelled except upon terms that will compensate Thrive Print Studio for all costs incurred (including any product specifically purchased for the order) and will otherwise protect against loss including loss of profit.
All Thrive Print Studio products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects. Complaints must be made in writing and emailed to us within 10 days of the invoice date. Claims for defective goods will be settled by replacement. Credit or refunds will only be issued at our discretion.
Thrive Print Studio shall not be held liable for errors where a proof has been submitted and approved incorrectly by the customer. All costs for remedial action will be invoiced to the customer's account.
